Terms and conditions
Tariffs: Seasonal rates may apply. Extra charges may be levied e.g. for late check out.
Check-in: Preferred check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is before 10am on the day of departure. Early/late check-in and /or check-out is by arrangement.
Cancellation/refund policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price
Due to our size any cancellation has a big impact on us. Naturally we will try to rebook units but we recommend that you have travel insurance to cover late changes of plans.
Credit Card guarantees: Reservations require authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation
Changes in reservation term: Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the management approves and is able to relet the booked accommodation.
Smoking: All units are non smoking. Ashtrays are provided outside the unit, please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests.
General: The registered guest is responsible for all persons/visitors whilst on the property. Any damage and any costs associated will be charged to the registered guest.
Overdue Accounts: All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.
